By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing & Production Time
Because our products are handmade, most items are made to order.
Production time is 1-2 business days before shipment, depending on the product and order volume.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

During high-volume periods, production times may be extended.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Time Estimates (United States)
After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:

Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days

Standard Shipping (if selected): 3-4 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers

Weather conditions

Natural disasters

Carrier service disruptions

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Return Shipping Responsibility
If a return is approved in accordance with our Return Policy:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item was incorrect or defective due to our error.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as refunds will not be issued for items not received.
Tracking Information
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned due to:

Failure to claim the package

Refusal of delivery
The customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

Contact the shipping carrier directly

Check with neighbors or household members

File a claim with the carrier if necessary
We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for delivered packages.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
All damage claims are reviewed at our discretion.
Handmade Disclaimer
Due to the handmade nature of our products:

Slight variations in color, texture, size, or finish may occur

These variations are not considered defects

Product photos are examples and may not represent the exact final appearance
